Grocery Co. and contains a broad range of retail, restaurants, offices and services. 330 urban style multi-family units are pedestrian linked to the surrounding retail businesses and grocery store. To date 250,000 square feet have been completed. At completion, Bulverde Marketplace will contain around 400,000 square feet.
