Gateway Phase I – San Antonio Medical Center

This project is located at the gateway to the San Antonio Medical Center at the northwest corner of Wurzbach Rd. and Fredericksburg Rd. Phase I is approximately a 64,000 SF three story mixed-use building with space for medical offices, retail and restaurants.   This mixed-use development is the first of its kind, in the entire San Antonio Medical Center, that mixes these types of uses and creates this complimentary setting. The San Antonio Medical Center has 6,000,0000 annual patient visits and employs over 30,000 people.  It is home to over 75 medically related institutions, 45 clinics and 12 major hospitals.
